They take extra care in their use of hypoallergenic materials for bedding and take the most extreme care in storage, shipping and customer care - making sure that the materials stay hypoallergenic throughout the delivery process. Much of what they sell is made to order. I'm pretty allergic and I do really well with their bedding and wool pillows. I also bought raw wool from them to fatten up my pillow and it worked great.

I have been a White Lotus customer for many years but since your products are made with such high quality materials, my purchases are infrequent (which is one of the reasons I always come back whenever I need a product you produce). Thanks so much for creating natural fiber products! I have been more than satisfied with customer service, order procedure (easy!!) product quality and I do recommend your company to everyone who needs these products. The only thing I would like to see is a price decrease but I recognize this may not be possible. This is the only reason I have rated at 4 stars instead of 5...thanks so much!
I was satisfied. I do think you might need to point out that items may be made to order and so don't expect Amazon shipping speed. Don't' expect Amazon ** either. Hopefully you can find a polite to say that. :-)
