I use it as a cover for my bed. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a pure, natural, simple product. The cotton twill is a bit loud when you move under it. I had not anticipated that. It may not be a big deal for others whose nervous systems are as sensitive as mine to all sorts of stimulants (smells, sounds, etc.) ;) The sateen part is great. The construction is great. I like how the two sides have been sectioned off so you can center the duvet cover on top of the bed.

Queen size duvet cover in natural. Purchased to protect the duvet and prevent it from being soiled. Well made with zipper in one end to insert the duvet. It does give a smoother look to the duvet when lying on the bed.
