Can I Wash My Natural Shredded Latex Pillow?
Yes! Our Natural Shredded Latex Pillow is washable. Shredded latex pillows are the only White Lotus Home pillows that can be washed when necessary.
After washing, it is extremely important to make sure the pillow is completely dry before using it again. Because the shredded latex and casing can retain moisture, additional drying time may be necessary. We recommend running the pillow through the drying process twice, if needed, to ensure that no moisture remains.
For everyday care and minor spills, spot cleaning is still the preferred method because it can help reduce unnecessary wear and extend the life of your pillow.
For spot cleaning, we recommend using a mild solution of three parts water to one part vinegar in a spray bottle. For more stubborn spots, a small amount of mild detergent may also be used.
After spot cleaning, always allow the pillow to dry thoroughly before use. It may be air-dried in the sun or carefully dried with a hair dryer.
For extra protection, we recommend using one of our Organic Waterproof Pillow Protectors. A waterproof protector helps shield your pillow from spills, moisture, and everyday use while helping keep the pillow itself cleaner for longer.
A Note About Natural Scents
Because White Lotus Home does not add perfumes, formaldehyde, or dyes to our natural fibers and materials, some products may retain the natural scent of the materials used to make them.

About Our Natural Latex
Natural latex offers resilient, responsive support with a comfortable, naturally bouncy feel. Unlike conventional spring systems, latex provides cushioning and elasticity without metal coils.
Our natural latex is derived primarily from rubber tree sap rather than being made from fully synthetic latex. This allows us to offer the supportive and resilient qualities of latex while limiting the use of unnecessary synthetic materials.
Our latex is manufactured using a variation of the Dunlop method known as the Continuous Pour Process, which creates a consistent and even latex material.
Our natural latex is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class I Certified and FSC® Certified. The U.S. facility where our latex is manufactured is GOLS-certified; however, the raw material we currently source is not GOLS-certified. Therefore, we do not represent our finished latex as GOLS-certified.
