Packaging was great! It came well-protected and didn't smell like any chemicals from the plastics or from being shipped!

I did not realize that this part of the questionnaire would be separate and I already addressed this in the first part. The frame arrived in good condition. The delivery man was very nice and did a good job and was kind and patient putting the frame together. Actually now that I think about it he did one part incorrectly and I had to do it over. But it wasn’t that big a deal. It was an honest mistake and luckily it did not effect any of the previous assembly.
