Green Cotton Contour Pillow in GOTS Organic Case

When we first started looking to create a contour pillow from White Lotus Home, we noticed some major problems with the ones already available:

They weren’t adjustable — once you bought one, you were stuck with its shape
They were made of synthetic materials like memory foam
They were expensive

Putting our warehouse of natural fibers to work, we created the KaPillow, an all-natural contour pillow that is affordable, effective, and completely adjustable and after the great feedback from our customers, we decided on expanding it to our other natural fibers.

How the Contour Pillow Works

The Contour Pillow design is simple — a soft, organic cotton sateen casing, filled with our Green Cotton fiber. The pillow has a half-seam in the center of it, creating a dip for your head, and leaving a lip on either side to support your neck. To adjust the firmness of your Contour Pillow is easy — just unzip it, and add or remove filling as you see fit. Getting the firmness of this pillow just right for your individual preference is important to it working properly for you, which is why we made it easy to adjust.

How to Sleep on the Contour Pillow

The Contour Pillow is great for anyone looking to alleviate stress on their neck but is particularly perfect for side-sleepers and pregnant women. Simply place the Contour Pillow in your bed and move it according to where your head naturally falls. You can also use the Contour Pillow between your legs to help to relieve hip stress, another common problem for pregnant women.

What Is Green Cotton?

A more affordable option to our organic cotton products, our Green Cotton is grown in the United States — it just isn’t certified organic.

This more affordable material is slightly firmer than organic cotton, but the real beauty is in what it doesn’t have:

NO dyes
NO perfumes
NO flame retardants

Grown by farmers right here in the US, Green Cotton is a fabulous cost-saving material that doesn’t put you in contact with harmful chemicals typically found in conventional cotton.

Cleaning Your Pillows

We always recommend spot-cleaning our pillows — never saturate them with any liquid. We always recommend to our customers that they add one of our protective Waterproof pillow covers, to ensure spills never get out of hand.

To spot clean, we suggest a mild solution of three parts water to one part vinegar in a spray bottle, but for particularly stubborn spills, a mild detergent is perfectly fine to add to the bottle as well.

Always ensure your pillow is thoroughly dried after a spot cleaning, either by using a hair dryer or placing it in the sun to air out.
