Worry no longer with our Certified Organic Cotton Waterproof Stowaway Protector. The zippered enclosure, which zips along 3 sides, helps keep your eco-friendly bedding safe, dry, and pest free.
This fabric is made with two layers of soft, 100% organic cotton knit and a very thin, plant-based layer in between to help protect against moisture. The inner layer, made from cornstarch-derived thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), accounts for less than 10% of the total fabric. Breathable, quiet, and carefully chosen for safety—even for those with chemical sensitivities—this material contains no added fragrances, no harsh treatments, and no unnecessary additives. Sleep soundly on a clean, natural surface designed with your well-being in mind.
Psst, guess what, this fabric has also undergone a pore test with results stating that if any pores exist, they are less than 1 micron, which means that it is also a great barrier fabric to protect from dust. Very exciting!
To clean, simply remove the cover machine wash in cold water, and hang dry. Handmade in the USA. Also available for pillows.
Washing Instructions: DO NOT USE BLEACH!
Washing the fabric with cold water, or detergent, airing it dry, or using a dryer is okay and will not have any impact on the waterproof fabric. However, it is important NOT TO USE bleach on the fabric, as it can destroy the bond between the film and the fabric. Washing with bleach and then drying in high heat will cause delamination, so please do not use bleach.
