The shipping rate was expensive, but that's to be expected when shipping to Canada. The order was well packed and arrived in good time. As mentioned previously, I really appreciated the customer service representative's prompt response to my inquiries.

The mattress is great. It's heavy but that's okay. I love that it's natural and there is a very light sheepy smell but it doesn't bother me. I replaced my old toxic mattress with this one and I'm glad I did. I have a topper over it to make it a little softer, but I also like it without it. I think the quality is great, although I don't have any other natural mattress to compare it to. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a natural mattress.
