Did you know that you can put any WLH Buckwheat Pillow (we are not suggesting buckwheat hulls from other companies) in the dryer for 3-5 minutes for a warm, relaxing sleep surface? Our smaller buckwheat hull pillows can even be placed in the microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes, and then used to soothe your neck, sore muscles, or other body areas that may need a little extra care.

The same will work with our Eye Pillows! Filled with pure, natural US buckwheat hulls, you can place your WLH Eye Pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for cooling comfort on a hot day, or heat it up in the microwave or dryer for therapeutic warmth.

Our Eye Pillows will not only keep any artificial light from reaching your eyes, they can also be heated or cooled for an extra relaxing experience!

Why Elastic or Ties on my Eye Pillows?

Well, you may want to make sure it stays on during the night and most of us sleep sideways or move around when sleeping. The elastic and ties can also be adjusted so you can make them tighter, by adding small knots. We can always send you more elastic or ties so you can add a few inches if you need to.

US Buckwheat hulls are shells derived from buckwheat plants. Naturally resistant to pests and competitive with weeds, buckwheats are a sustainable crop to grow and require very little input from the land to mature. We source buckwheat hulls to ensure our happy customers never come into contact with pesticides in their pillows.

This fabric is made with two layers of soft, 100% organic cotton knit and a very thin, plant-based layer in between to help protect against moisture. The inner layer, made from cornstarch-derived thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), accounts for less than 10% of the total fabric.

White Lotus Home delivers to most of the Tri-County Area (NY/NJ/PA) for FREE. If you are not in our home delivery area, your product will be shipped using the best shipping method available at that time like FEDEX, UPS, a Freight Delivery Company or the United States Postal Service. It is up to the discretion of White Lotus Home as to which service is used.

Care

Cleaning Your Pillows

We always recommend spot-cleaning our pillows — never saturate them with any liquid. We always recommend to our customers that they add one of our protective Waterproof pillow covers, to ensure spills never get out of hand.

To spot clean, we suggest a mild solution of three parts water to one part vinegar in a spray bottle, but for particularly stubborn spills, a mild detergent is perfectly fine to add to the bottle as well.

Always ensure your pillow is thoroughly dried after a spot cleaning, either by using a hair dryer or placing it in the sun to air out.
