A Vegan Mattress (prescription required) can be made entirely from Organic (GOTS) or Green (locally grown) Cotton. They come semi-firm to very firm like our Boulder Style mattresses, but a topper can always be added to increase softness. They can also include an inner core of either Natural Latex or Eco-Foam.
Keep in mind, a valid prescription from a doctor is required in order to sell any mattress without Wool (VEGAN MATTRESS), as the natural fire retardant, as per Federal Regulation 1633.
