I had been searching for the cleanest organic, and best priced place to find bedding for me and my family, and that’s when I found White Lotus. I originally saw Etsy sellers, selling and shipping direct from you guy’s, for a $50 mark up of course. I decided to cut the middle man out completely, and buy directly from you. Since then I have bought 10 organic wool, and organic cotton pillows, all that have kept their shape beautifully. I’m very satisfied knowing I’m getting the best batting and fabric at a respectable price. I would highly recommend your company to anyone interested in making the change to a healthier lifestyle, or those that like to save money. After my order’s are payed for, it can take some time to fulfill it. I don’t know this for a fact, but something tells me your products are made to order, with that said I have always received my pillows in about 30 day’s or sometimes less, I also do a lot of my ordering when there is a sale, as I’m sure many do, I would gather that has a lot to do with delays as well. I wish I could speak on the customer service aspect of White Lotus, but everything always runs so smoothly, there really is no reason to contact you. Ordering and delivery were fine. The bean bag is a bit overstuffed. Is it possible to take out some of the stuffing? Also, I ordered fuchsia and the ** you sent is much lighter pink. It was too big to try to return.

I love the quality of my mattress. It is such a relief to know I am sleeping on nature’s best. The firmness is a “wonderful firm”. No more unwanted bounce, inability to turn, or sliding off the side. I look forward to the fact this will be my final mattress. At my age, this will be passed to next generation.
