The only criticism I might have would be that it would be helpful if you could give an update on when an item ordered would ship. I have wondered about when my eco foam would ship each time I have ordered it. Maybe you do not have it in stock, but if so, then I would appreciate knowing that it might take longer to ship. .

I definitively recommend White Lotus if you value natural bedding products, We purchased 3 mattresses and one *** about 8 years ago and we were very satisfied with the products. Recently, I ordered a wool *** in a rush and I forgot to ask them to air it before shipping, because I am very sensitive to the natural wool odor. I finally decided to exchange it for a *** *** and ask them to air it before it was sent. Their customer service is excellent! I spoke with Elizabeth several times and she was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process. It is great to find a person that can help you with any concerns or questions every time you call instead of listening to a recording. I really value this personal service. I am very happy with our *** *** and very grateful to Elizabeth and White Lotus for their help in finding the right product for us.
