Incredibly helpful. I live across the country from White Lotus, but they were still very accommodating over the phone. I'm very sensitive to different materials, and they sent me a free sample of a mattress I was considering. I didn't even have to pay shipping. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is very particular about their mattress.

I am satisfied with the quality of the materials, but I am still getting used to the comfort of it. I ordered a medium pillow and it was extremely hard the first week and was not so sure about it. That may help. It would have been nice to have a sample (of no charge) of it before investing the amount of money I did. The comfort of the pillow has gotten a little better with time. After going back to your website I believe I may be able to take some of the "fluff" out of the pillow. I will try that to see if it helps. I do appreciate making a product without the glyphosate and other toxic chemicals, and that is it manufactured in the United States. I do hope that all the components of the pillow are made in the USA. Thank you, Pollutant free Grammy
